You just write down a sentence or two on the sheet, save the detail for the interview
Thank you. Just wanted to make sure. Think i have some good examples so fingers crossed.

In my DMI they asked me what I knew about the company, why I wanted the role, what I understood about the role, future/progression, why freightliner and about me. It was relaxed and quite enjoyable. I think they want to see what you are really like as a person, how much you want the role and that you suit the core values.Hello, just wondering if anyone can give an indication on the questions which are asked at the Managers interview on stage 2? Would be a massive help in my preperation.
Many thanks

The best advice I can give would be yourself and remember the key values, safety, professionalism, team work, safety and safety.
To be honest there isn't that much prep required for it, quite standard interview questions but in a relaxed comfortable environment. Thankfully for me just being completely honest in my answers and also emphasising how my experience would provide me a good base to start my training from worked out well. Just remember to take a few moments to gather your answers.
Wishing you all the best mate
Ok hands up who’s been peddling rumours!
They must have had potential applicants contact them and ask about trainee vacancies. They missed the boat! This time...
My thoughts exactly...to be honest I think with the amount of people in the pool I doubt they would be recruiting anytime again in the near future surely?
Don't know why they're being cagey on the salary.Ok hands up who’s been peddling rumours!
hi mate, MMI is competency based just remember STAR. for each of the 6 questions
what situation was
what your task was
your actions in order to deal with situation (I not we did this etc)
what happened as a result
And lastly feedback, always talk about how you had looked for feedback from colleagues managers etc - shows your willing to learn from experiences etc.
Cater your answers to the role profile of a train driver, get buzzwords in such as safety, resorted to your training, followed procedures, assessed the scene before you acted. Raised alarms or contacted people quickly (showing you can react quickly and safely to something going tits up).
Good luck
I do think you are overthinking in this case, not that I myself haven't done it at times, mind you....
Now this has stumped me, really don't know why as I have a few examples but from previous jobs. The way I read this is in everyday situations not job related if that makes sense. Probably overtjinking it like I said previously.
Mailed them in, not had a reply. Not to worried about that though.
Had stage two stuff today. ...
Ahh right, that's ok then. Any idea what they do if you haven't got one of the qualifications in general, I didn't do a ICT GCSE.If you haven't got them, what the apprenticeship people were doing was taking down where and what year you did them and (hopefully) finding out from the exam board.
I had some proof of English & Maths but also didn’t have ICT (wasn’t really a compulsory when I was doing them). Had a response saying thank you but nothing else.Ahh right, that's ok then. Any idea what they do if you haven't got one of the qualifications in general, I didn't do a ICT GCSE.

Did they say what would happen if you didn’t get a grade C or better? If you haven't got them, what the apprenticeship people were doing was taking down where and what year you did them and (hopefully) finding out from the exam board.
