Anywhere in London that still has the blue National Rail ticket wallets?

I used to take these from work to use but seems many stations have moved to TOC branded ones, which aren't as nice and only have two pockets. Anyone know of a station that still has them...

Do SWR have branded ticket wallets? Last time I asked for a ticket wallet from them (mind you, it was a while ago and not a London station), I got a blue National Rail one.

I seem to have the opposite problem, all SWR stations I've been to have the blue ones. What TOC ones are there excluding Greater Anglia, C2C, Southeastern and Southern?
