Im looking for a lawyer who specialises in railway cases because i am currently representing myself.

Im under investigation from by the BTP and several people are pressing charges.

Its a malicious communications, terrorism and conspiracy to defraud case.

Thanks.

Are you sure your case relates to railway law as such or more general criminal law?

I think it is beyond the scope of this forum to advise on this. This form tends to advise on issues relating to ticketing offences or other railway bye law irregularities. If you are facing a charge under terrorism legislation then you would be wise to consult a solicitor specialising in criminal defence work.
