Correct but I've also worked it out as extra seats and it's an increase of approximately 8500 seats. Approx 17122 to 25786 give or take

I make it an increase of 40 extra trains and an extra 206 coaches. That doesn't include the four "active travel" 153's.

Looks like last pax working for 004 was on 1H80 (04:53 HHD-CTR) on 16th July coupled to 175116. 175011 went from Chester to Crewe Gresty Green on 16th June. Last pax working looks the be on the 6th June as 1V40 11:30 MAN-CDF. Followed by an empty stock from Canton to Chester on 8th June
