My usual journey is Newark to Edinburgh and return. Having said that our usual outbound service on a Saturday is quite early, so perhaps they get more boisterous later on.

I've not had this experience and I use LNER first a lot, mostly at weekends. It's often busy, but I've not really noticed it being "noisy". Perhaps I've just been lucky.

That's a fake plate. K9 doesn't exist. A number of people have one as show plates for dog shows (K9 ... canine ... geddit) and so on.

I travelled from Wellingborough to St Pancras on Friday afternoon, returning on Saturday morning. Whilst the services were busy they were certainly not overcrowded and the queues at St Pancras were not excessive at all.

I am good friends with two people who work for WCRC and even they would both agree with you. Their opinions on certain people higher up in the company would be unprintable here.

I passed 43128 heading south on the A1M around Thirsk at around 9am this morning.

There isn't a 1200, that goes to Inverness. The next one is 1400 and that was only 18 minutes late at Leuchars. The 1000 was indeed 68 late at Leuchars.
