Hi there, I had an assessement centre for train despatch, you're is customer host? What I've heard is that everyone gets in a room and discusses a topic and there may be role plays. I had to do a concentration test, for dispatching of trains. If you get pass the assessment, you will get a face to face interview the same day. In the interview they will ask you question on customer service and safety, you need to think of good examples from your life experiences. Be confident and friendly. Hope this helps and good luck
