    EWR, Universal and Wixams

It’s almost like people forget that Universal around the world have great experience at this. Take Orlando, Universal have managed the roads around the parks with the city and traffic is no busier there than on other parts of the tourist areas.

Could Luton Airport see a large increase in passengers, and how convenient is it compared to other airports?

To be honest I don’t think that this will be a massive increase from Luton specifically. Apart from those visiting Universal exclusively, most will visit as part of a longer trip. Luton Airport doesn’t have the correct flight destinations (except Europe) and is unlikely to gain any from further...

Bus stop for Norfolk in Kent

Today as I was travelling on the 477 from Dartford to Bluewater, I noticed that the bus stop at Lowfield Street (Stop L) had a flag (I think that’s what it’s called) that mentions Konectbus X55. I applaud Kent County Council for buying used and perfectly functional bus stops for cheaper than...

    Stagecoach South & South East

It will only be an issue if enough people cross the city now anyway regularly - for example currently using the 700 and one of the many 12 or 13 B&H services. 1712562900 I suspect if the numbers of people that do that currently were high B&H would have ran a direct service.

    Stagecoach South & South East

Maybe a season ticket for the 700/701 could be in place. Although, are there many people who would use it on a regular basis?

    Stagecoach South & South East

You only needed one ticket anyway - the Discovery Ticket.

    Passport Rules

That is because of the common travel area. There is no need for the normal formal checks.

    Passport Rules

It’s not just FlixBus. Arrive at Calais or Dover with a Bla Bla Car Bus then the same happens to them also. I suppose it’s the fact that with the numerous stops that these service can make before reaching the port then it is possible that someone who should not be there has entered the coach to...

    Passport Rules

Yes I am a UK passport holder. No, I wasn’t told but I regularly get questioned and searched when entering the UK by ferry or Eurotunnel (never at an Airport). All started to happen after was being friendly to the UK customs officer and having a chat about why I leave the UK for periods of not...

    Passport Rules

My fingerprints were taken at the Port of Calais recently whilst travelling back with FlixBus.

    London Buses Discussion

True, but doesn’t solve the issue of the low hanging trees. Anyway, it is such a small and insignificant diversion it only adds minutes to the route.

    London Buses Discussion

This is to stop in the town centre. Bexleyheath station is quite a walk so it makes sense to stop at the library also. 1708799930 This is due to the trees on Knee Hill being low. Possibly also in the incline plays a part of it. When the 301 was introduced they tried to but couldn’t.

    London Overground line names announced

This thread is amazing. A mix of right wing crying woke, the left applauding the names, and the centre actually having a discussion. The names are good. Needed? Probably not. London has coped ever since the introduction of the Overground.

    Arriva (Beds, Bucks, Herts)

The drivers in Medway say that if the bus more than 2 minutes delayed at a stop it shows as cancelled on the app. They actively encourage Bus Times here.

    Arriva (Beds, Bucks, Herts)

The Arriva app is not accurate. So much so that in Medway the drivers actively discourage it’s use.
