    I've been reading threads about how the TOC will provide an alternative means of travel to your destination if your last train is cancelled.     I have been applying for jobs left and right, they either don't reply or say I'm unsuccessful. People have been saying I should volunteer to increase my experience and I just wanted to see if there was any volunteering jobs with my local train services.

    Quick question. If my return tube was delayed and I missed my return train, what would happen? Would I be able to catch the next train like a normal advance ticket or because it is the underground that delayed me they wouldn't want to know?

    I used the National Rail website which then directed me to the Virgin Trains website. It costs more straight to London Euston which made me think these tickets must of been valid when I looked a few minutes ago. So contact Virgin Trains?
