    Why would they need too. It's just additional cost, and as GTR get no revenue from ticket sales, there is no incentive.

    The path between Keymer Junction and London Victoria has been "lost" to the 4th Brighton to Victoria service every hour. In theory it may be possible to squeeze another path though, but it hasn't been done.

    I can't see any OBS ever being recruited. Once an (ex Conductor) OBS leaves they won't be replaced, and the concept will naturally expire.

    1L05 has two paths in the WTT timetable. One direct between Bridgend and Cardiff and a secondary 'Q path' via Barry for when there is engineering work between Bridgend and Cardiff (also can be used for route retention). In this case it appears the normal train is cancelled...
