I misread my calendar, it was actually accepted on Friday 18/11/2022. The first recorded service was 1K17 Southend - London on Tuesday 22/11/2022.

The plans I have show it as 50mph towards both routes, with preliminary route indicators replacing flashing yellow approach control.

I believe its mostly because of Stansted going back to 4tph, plus re-introduction of Norwich in 90 services and a desire to reduce 745/1 use on IC services.
