Basically you need to have a lot of knowledge about Northern as a company, you also need to know the reasons why you want to be a train driver and work for northern.
Think about the train driver qualities and attributes, so concentration, lone working and so on.

Hi, I am new to the forum but had noticed on a recent thread that you have recently been successful in applying for a trainee driver role. I have an interview coming up in October for Northern and was wondering if you could give me any helpful advice on what I am likely to be asked. Anything you think that would be useful I would really appreciate. I have tried looking back through some of the different posts but I am struggling to find anything. Thanks in advance, nicola
