I would thought about that, abbo...wigan should not be in gtr manchester but it take over in 1970's later or early by london brough government to agree. I know wigan to manchester bit long way on 32 or 33. wigan to chorley or st helens and liverpool via would be better tho cos near there...

Yes it is been ask TFL contract but it is fail contract for DLR.
