Is anyone else struggling with preparing for the interview? I've never had a competency based interview and, although I've got a decade's worth of continuous customer service experience, it's pretty difficult prepping answers for dozens of potential questions with individual stories.

My guess is more applicants are required. Seems odd they have advertised again before deciding how many they want from the first lot. Oh well, fingers crossed anyway!

Just received my email asking to book my final assessment. 26/27 January. Interestingly, it advised its an individual excerise followed by the group excercise. Then the interview. So I'm thinking the individual excercise is probably a role play...

No, the email says "should you be shortlisted" etc so perhaps I'm jumping the gun but I'm prepping just in case.

Curious how many will be in the final assessment stage. I'm stressing over the interview a bit but hopefully it won't be as painful as I'm expecting it to be!

I had my email about 7PM the same day (30th) advising I'd passed stage one. No idea if anyone else in my group has passed but I'd love to know.
