As per the title. National Rail goes by "A", whereas RTT reports it as "L". I'm pretty sure pre-expansion of the main station, it was "1" (which probably led to some confusion). Any help appreciated.

Some services that terminate at Waltham Cross during engineering start from P2 and run bang line to Brimsdown before crossing back. Confuses the normals at both Waltham Cross and Enfield Lock.

On my recent visits to SE land, they are running more 12 car trains as oppose to 10 car (using a 466)... Anyone know why?

Are the 456's still in store and serviceable? They are sorely missed.

Just to throw something into the mix... how would a Zone 1-9 Travelcard be viewed if purchased from an Underground Station- this has no "AAA 7-9" nonsense on it (from memory) and is an identical product.

Don't know if it is because I use a gold card discount or using a zone 1-9 travelcard, but be careful when using that gates if going via Liverpool Street as the blooming things scratch/magnetise the barcode and make you find someone to let you in/out of gates from that point on.

Do you still require St. Margarets (London) Platform 2 or Barnes Platform 4? If so, you may want to keep a watch on SWR if they are on strike again, as both were in use yesterday on the Waterloo-Feltham shuttles.

This happens when they know 100% it's not them that's going to foot the bill (usually when it's Network Rail fault, so billed to the Great British Taxpayer).
