Thanks everyone. I'll be based at Trafford Park. The documents came by email. Yeh they had me sit the DMI again in November because I'd been in the pool for so long, and my medical was in February.

I received my contract and documents today. December 2018 talent pool, to now. It paid off eventually.

I was originally down for Garston, Guide Bridge or Leeds when I originally got placed in the pool. But after having to do the DMI again in November I got put down for Trafford Park and this is where the letter says I'll be placed.

Nope, no course dates yet. Didn't expect any either. I applied for this job in the summer of 2018, pool since December 2018. I'm used to things going slowly.

I got an offer letter by email yesterday.

I was placed in the talent pool in December 2018, I got an email saying I'd been placed in the talent pool, no phonecall. This time I got a phonecall saying they'ed like to offer me a position, congratulations, and that theyed send me some documents/details in the post. No mention of talent...

Got the phonecall and job offer today after being in the pool for just over 2 years, after having to do the DMI a second time for being in the pool so long. Seems unreal. I'd started to think it would never happen.

I hope it's at Crewe too. And I agree, another interview doesn't bring me any joy, just another hurdle to possibly stumble at. I'll give it my best, what else can you do. When I passed the psychometrics and interviews, the people who passed at the same time as me and got courses quickly didn't...

Is it the norm to be asked to sit a manager interview with regards to possibly being placed on a trainee driver course when you have already had a Driver Manager Interview in the past? I had my DMI the same day I had my MMI.

I'm in the talent pool, but been in since the start of December 2018. They said it would only be 2-3 months max in my interview, lol. I heard back quite quickly after doing the actual assessment's.

21 months and counting. Long swim. Test results will have run out before I get a start with these lot.
