    DSB Mk3 Sleeper Coaches

Hi all, I know that 10 MK3 coaches were exported to Denmark in the 1980s but I was wondering if anyone knew the numbers (both British and European). Thanks in advance. :)

I didn't know that so it would certainly make sense as to why I can't find any pictures of them. 1709115319 Brilliant, thank you very much.

    Mk2 Coach Types

Good morning all, I am looking for some information regarding Mk2 coaches specifically MK2D TSOTs. I gather that some of them used to carry Intercity livery but I am struggling to find any pictures of them to verify details. If you have any information or know where I can find it (either in...

    Merseyrail Class 777 introduction updates

As much as I like the original units from a nostalgic point of view, Merseyrail are clearly happy with the reliability of the 777 units to want to start bringing them into service on the Ormskirk line and especially for the Grand National. I'm looking forward to them in the long run. 777009...

Porterbrook Cl.769 'Flex' trains from 319s, initially for Northern

Unless my eyes deceived me, I saw a double 319/769 at Wigan North Western at 11:50 this morning. I didn't think much of the front but the rear unit didn't have its pantograph up and was 434 which I now know to be 769434. Now I'm in work with access to trust, I can't see unit numbers to confirm...

    TOPs Classifications

One question I have with regards to the new class 331s: Their coach numbers are in the 463XXX, 464XXX, 465XXX and 466XXX ranges. Now of those coach numbers, the 466001-031 clash with SouthEasterns 466 units. How has this not been noticed or has a rule change happened where by it doesn't matter?

    GNER Mallard Refurbishment

Afternoon all I'm wondering if any of you have good memories? I'm wanting to know rough dates for when each GNER MK4 set was refurbished to Mallard standard specifically how many sets survived into 2005 in the original livery WITHOUT the red doors. I've had a look through the forum but I've...

What is/was this at Ravensruther (Near Carstairs)?

Hey guys, Curiosity gets the better of me some times and whilst tracking a service in the Carstairs area, I came across this funny U shaped line that seems to go no where and doesn't seem to be used anymore although I may be wrong. I was just wondering if anyone has any information on what it...
