There is absolutely no problem having a photo shoot/media event on any railway (disused or not) providing permission is sought, procedures are adhered to and control measures are in effect. Whether you would be granted permission is another question.

I think I have found out how he has removed the watermark so well and why the quality was less. If you do a print screen on 50041's website and copy it to MSpaint, it doesn't copy the watermark! Exhibit 1 ma lord.... Picture on left is from Facebook, picture on right is original from...

Ive seen them side by side and other than the difference in quality and the good job of removing the watermark, the framing and distances between certain areas are exactly the same. There is no question this is the same image just with a very good watermark removal.

Indeed! But I guess one of the (small) benefits of only having the GEML electrified is that it concentrates the AC traction in one place making them easier to photograph :D GB will be adding a 92 to their Barton Dock service in the next couple of months so that will be an added bonus!
