    Wiring LNER block instrument

On the same subject. How would I wire up a pair of block bells for display purposes only? One side of a room to the other, not miles apart.

All Creatures Great and Small #2

The first episode in this series was dated as 1938. HMS Repulse I believe was sunk in the far East in 1941. The episode next week is the last in the current series, but filming is due to start in March for the next series. We shall see what calendar the scriptwriters are using eventually.

    Paddington Station 24/7 - Channel 5

Was there a lesson to be learned from last nights episode? Don't forget to pick up your scrap rail. Yes, all the usual arguments, time, money etc but that is what can happen. At least it was a slow speed incident and the driver was able to stop the train.

The Yorkshire Steam Railway Channel 5

I believe that the Film Company is resposible for what is shown and the NYMR has no input other than filmed comments.

BBC War of the world gaff ?

No comment about the use of St Georges Hall in Liverpool as a location? Similar comments about that could apply. Or do we get this froth on building websites?

Railways in TV Drama - wasn't ABC Murders BBC really poor?

Does the average member of the public that watches the programme actually know or care? Does it matter that much? Were the Electric Signals correct for the period? No one has mentioned that yet.
