Thank you. It was a bit difficult holding the camera steady as the '38 tube stock is a bit on the bouncy side!

My first memories of riding on trains in the late 1940s are of the '38 tube stock on the Bakerloo Line, so I shall be sorry to see them go. Hopefully, at least one set might get preserved...
