The more I think about SWR's trainbow how it seems to liven up the dull anthracite blue, the trainbow swirl could become permanent and applied to the whole SWR fleet though various shades of blue instead of rainbow

Personally my favourite is Virgin's 390 with that silk wave, I loved it same as new white and red Virgin Trains livery.
Avanti 390 may not be my favourite in terms of design but I certainly love the idea of entire Trainbow and it is impressive piece of work.

I'm also a big fan of GWR's 800008. GWR's livery is so elegant and that rainbow replacing a shadow behind GWR's logo just fits in perfectly and keep it looks smart.

I'm so surprised with so many people liking SWR's 444 here! I would possibly say it's my least favourite if it wasn't for VTEC 91... it was just too much information on it for me, it was just a bit messy.

And it wasn't a PRIDE train but certainly full of rainbow - I just want to bring back a memory of FCC 319365 with Thameslink Programme livery on it. Anyone still remember that one? I think it's a precursor train though. First of its kind. Trainbows only started showing up few years after this one was gone.

I've not seen one posted anywhere, so I had a go at compiling one!

This is incomplete, and I'd like to add unit names and descriptions of the liveries for as many units as possible.
If anyone has this information, notices a mistake or sees that any information here is out of date, please let me know and I will post an amended version.

@py_megapixel thanks for coming up with that list. There are also the LNER 91s to add to it - it seems the did two, 91103 and 91121, although I'm unsure if they both ran with Pride branding at the same time.

That’s something I would like to see.
