Well I just used bing.com and the first rail related result on that was the NRE archive page!

Mysteries of the search engines. The results I get from Bing seem to shift around on different browsers and if using 'incognito mode' or equivalent. Might also make a difference if the phrase is "enclosed in quotation marks" or not.

Regardless, point being is that there's an out-of-date NRE page about this defunct ticket on the site. (One I suspect of many.)
