You won’t until MTREl Ilford drivers learn 710s, or ARL drivers learn the route.

Will be the latter. Not to west anglia though. Not yet decided whether drivers will sign the 315 over there and the route or a 710 will go over there and just the route only as all depots sign them minus new cross.

If London overground don’t retain any 315’s it will be a TfRail one on the service as TfRail are contracted to provide a driver for the service till 12 December 2020. There are no plans for TfRail drivers to learn 710’s.I am not sure what happens from 13 December.

It’s my unfortunate duty to say that it would appear that the angry eye 315s are now extinct. 315809 is now being shown as scrapped so will have to assume that it was disposed of on site at Wolverton Works

818/819/820/826/829/834/837/838/839/843/844/847/848/849/851/853/854/856/857 are the units still in service With the Elizabeth line. 852 is stored

315801/802/805/807/810/815/824/830/859 With London Overground.

The Elizabeth line 315’s should all finish May 2021

The Class 315 Preservation Group on Fb are trying to get one preserved. And given that we’re still in the middle of the pandemic the 315s at this rate are sadly probably gonna have a low key end
