Thank you for the confirmation 2T57. I have since been told of a brand new buffer stop sat in the store compound next to Bromsgrove tamper siding.

Presumably this siding is out of use whilst there is nothing to protect the adjacent running line?

Nope. But then the siding is plenty long enough, even though it’s been temporarily shortened.
