Wondering what I am supposed to do if my claim does not fall into either of the categories stipulated on the claim information page...

Automatic online refunds for tickets purchased from TrainSplit.

You can use this service to:

  • Refund unused flexible tickets
  • Refund unused advance tickets, for which a replacement ticket has already been purchased through us

I have unused Advance tickets but have not purchased a replacement, from Trainsplit or anywhere else. Is there another section that covers my requirements?

Advance tickets are not refundable unless your train has been cancelled. Is this the case?
