I can't resist offering another one then... where is this old DMU?

Ely….? There’s an E on a sign on the wall
That's correct... and in fact if you zoom in closely, the name itself is visible on one of the old lights ( those which were the subject of a thread recently ) as well.

Lest anyone ask why a Reading unit is at Ely, some of them had been re-allocated to East Anglia by then ( this was 14th September 1991 ) but still carried their London Division unit numbers.
