Neilston High & Low is another one. The Low level being on the Glasgow to Kilmarnock line, completely separate from the High level one situated in the village. They were roughly 1 mile apart and the High one is the remaining station for the village. (Though now it’s just called Neilston)

Hope High Level and Hope Low Level. The former was on the Wrexham - Shotton line between Penyffordd and Buckley and the latter on the Chester to Mold line.

Remains of the high level platforms can still be seen from passing trains.

The stations closed in 1958. What doesn't help is that there were several stations in the general area containing the names Hope and Penyffordd. The high and low levels were actually in Penyffordd rather than Hope.

Local "witticism" from that area: "Better to live in Hope, than die in Caergwrle !"
