HS2: Potential Services and frequencies

I decided to start a conversation about the use of HS2 and what potential it has for more regular services and maybe International Services.

Definitely no International services. The HS1-HS2 link was taken out of scope a few years ago, so there's no posdible physical route between the southern end of HS2 and HS1.
