Is there a Model Shop in Brighton?

2 or 3 years ago, I was in Brighton and there was a small model shop in Queens Road Brighton, not far from there station.

Does anyone know if it's still there?

That was Valelink, and I'm afraid it's gone. There's no model shop in Brighton any more, but a few miles away Peacehaven, is Locomotion Models: http://www.loconotion.co.uk/page002.html

There was a model zone but I always found it to be pretty rubbish with somewhat rude and arrogant, unknowledgable staff.. Mind you that's like model zone in general I guess

Personally speaking, smaller retailers are better for things like this.

There was once one on Lewes Rd i think called If only. Its gone and I never went. Closest now is Morris models in North Lancing. Decent little shop and does a bit euro stuff which i like. Otherwise its along to Ford and Gaugemaster.
I've never been to the one Cheershaven!, so cannot comment.
