769450 definitely has the blue moquette, there's only 769456 I haven't seen to confirm now.

Just a reminder from an earlier post. All the above units have returned to depots apart from 158861 (at Crewe due back 13th March) and 195021 (at CAF supposed to be 28th Feb).

Away at the moment and due back date are
319370 at Crewe 13/03
158851 at Bristol 20/03
158861 at Crewe 13/03
150272 at Holbeck (digital trains) 08/03
158752 at Holbeck (digital trains) 26/03
150141 Wolverton 20/03
150224 Wolverton 27/03
150001 Crewe may have actually returned
195021 at Newport coming back at some point hopefully soon

150001 is back at Newton Heath, it was next to the new CAF shed this afternoon.

Interesting that 150272 is going in for DTM as it already has these.

The 158s will all eventually be standardised to the same wall colours. The 3 car 158s have the same PIS system, just a different model of screen in the saloon - they all show identical information.

I'm not sure an average passenger will really care about the different seating types - it would be nice from a neatness point of view if they all had the same seating, but I can't see anyone deciding to pay for all new seats in a 150.

Having nearly if not actually all Northern seating the same blue moquette already makes them sufficiently similar in my estimation. That said, I do notice that some seating is still softer and more comfortable than others.

Having these slight contrasts in seat types has surely meant a faster refurb completion than might otherwise have been achieved.

Spied on 150102 today o_O these Newton Heath Pendle Witch stickers were originally applied to the pacers Between July & November of 2020.

Crewe Heaton presumably 158861 which I think completes Northerns PRM and refurbishment program started when the first unit went into works in April 2016 almost 5 years ago.

P.s. I believe 158851 may also be af Crewe, warrenty work perhaps.

09.22 Crewe to Heaton cancelled. According to RTT due to problems with the train.

5E12 Crewe LNNR - Heaton was allocated 158861 but was cancelled
5Q36 Crewe LNWR - Allerton ran but with no allocation (319???)
5Q42 Allerton - Crewe LNWR is allocated 319384
158787 5Z42 Sheffield - Crewe LNWR
