Penalty Fare Question - Successful Outcome

Hi Folks, just to update you all that I assisted my friend with her 1st stage appeal based on this thread and she has received correspondence to say that the Penalty Fare was not issued correctly in accordance with the National Rail Conditions of Carriage and Penalty Fare Regulations and it has therefore been nulled.
