Private/preserved railways shown on National Rail Maps

I have just picked up a copy of the London, South East & Tubs combined maps.

I noticed that these also show the isle of Wight Steam Railway, Bluebell Line and Spa Valley Railway, all of which have connections or adjoin with national rail routes, however the Mid Hants and The Chosley railways, which are also connected or adjoin national rail are not shown. I was wondering why some are shown and some are not?
