Rail Tours To/From Waterloo (Main)

Once all the work is done on the ex international platforms and they're permanently back in use, would it be viable to have some rail tours start and/or finish at Waterloo (Main)?

I remember that there used to be a Poole-Waterloo rail tour (Capitals Christmas Express) that used to run, was it platform space that caused to be axed or pathing problems somewhere?

There already are some tours that use Waterloo.

e.g. UK Railtours have this one on 23 September starting at Waterloo, hauled by "Clan Line"

I have been on a number of steam and diesel railtours over the past 15 years that have used Waterloo, usually on platform 19.
