Sorry, been a hectic day. Nothing right so far.

A clue or two:

- the first alphabetically was a Bulldog

- the last alphabetically was a Grange

I suspect this has run its course, and I’m not sure what further clues I can add.

The first was 3414 A. H. Mills and the last was 6859 Yiewsley Grange

Deltics D9008 and D9014 were both named at the same location. Where?

Come on folks - there aren't that many places that two Gateshead Deltics might have had their naming ceremonies...

Sorry, three incorrect answers.

Geographically, Gateshead Depot was the closest.

Thanks! Apologies for the delay...

Staying in Darlington, there was a locomotive works here for 103 years. Said works almost exclusively built steam locomotives.

However, in 1914 Darlington built 10 electric locomotives. Where were they originally built to run, and hauling what?
