Does anyone know a supplier of the rubber bristles on the brushes under a Ballast Regulator?

They look suspiciously like cast off train brake pipes. It is common for burst pipes to find a new lease of life in such applications. Cheaper than buying new.

I think they may be thicker walled than brake pipes.
Those were installed as new a couple of years back.
We scrounged those but now they need replacing again.
Use a 55mm jubilee clip to secure.
New ones are about 330mm long and the worn are down to less than 150mm.

Sollinger Hutte seem to have been amalgamated into a company that no longer does any plant.
I'd try Pirtek or whoever you normally get to do your hydro hoses and see if they can supply or point you towards a supplier of similar hose. That or go back to Volkers and see if they can tell you where they went?
