331011+331022 stabled in the platforms overnight. I presume they will be the 0333 departure to Manchester Airport.

This is quite an interesting thread - thanks for sharing.
This post about the Carriage Sidings reminded me of several years ago now when I used to spent a long while watching the trains in the Carriage Sidings and on the main running lines at Oxford; good fun to see the HSTs and 165s/166s parked up and seeing them roll past was always nice. This was back in the days when all trains in Oxford were Voyagers or First Great Western and I don't remember seeing many Chiltern units, mainly blue trains!

Thanks for your imput. I drive a taxi at night and just happened to go down Enfield Rd which is right next to the sidings. Normally I'm either on Banks st car park or Thomas st.

With all the restrictions in place, it is just about keeping me sane!
