Another idea for a quiz/game: This game involves travelling around the country on the railways, only catch is that a different type of rolling stock must be used on each leg of the journey.
Rules:
Rules may be changed at any time.
Let me start:
Starting at Droitwich Spa I will travel on a class 150 unit to Birmingham Moor Street.
Rules:
- For each journey, a different type of rolling stock must be used (no sub-classes*). However a class can be re-used once another class has been previously (eg. Station a - class X - Station b - class Y - Station c - class X - Station d).
- Freight and passenger operations are permitted.
- Stations within the NR and LUL network are permitted (no Northern Ireland)
- Other forms of light rail/metro are allowed.
- Heritage railways allowed.
- Jumps between station groups are allowed only if they do not have a direct passenger service between them (eg. I may 'jump' between Birmingham New St. and Snow Hill as there are no direct trains between them but I cannot jump between Snow Hill and Moor St. as there are direct passenger services.
- Please keep all links to current services (ie no Class 76s across the Woodhead).
- Any posts that do not comply to these rules will be ignored and we will return to the newest valid post.
