There are no 153s or 158s in ATW Livery
175112 and 114 are still to be done with 175110 currently in.
The 150 position can be found in Post Post #1518 with 150237 currently in.
wow i didn't know all units except some of the 150s had been done I knew about the remaining 175s though wont be much ATW evidence soon.

Further to my previous post I was on 158825 earlier today, I noticed the interior was still in ATW spec how many 158s have yet to have their interiors refurbed to TfW spec?

This entire thread is dedicated to which units have had refurbs and is often updated. The only difference to the below list appears to be 158832 & 158837 being completed and 158823 currently in for works.
Not done - 825/827/828/836

As far as i know 158s are:
Refurbished: 158818-822/824/826/829-831/833-835/838-841
In works: 158832
Not done: 158823/825/827/828/836/837

I’ve not been paying enough attention to this thread, only really knew about the 175s

Also the last unit to have evidence of FNW since the interiors weren’t fully refurbed under ATW only the seat covers and carpets
Still a few traces of lilac and turquoise in the cabs from their FNW days though as they are untouched.

Yippee! 79760 is the only vehicle* on which I've yet to travel!

* In the 175 fleet, not the whole of the U.K.! :D
Ive been on all 27 units but not noted carriage numbers but I know Ive not been on all 70 175 carriages so fair play for you to ride on all but 1 carriage.

That’s one thing that’s annoying me as you can see the turquoise handles should have done the cabs but they’ll most likely get done when they go to their next TOC

Rather trivial, but the more I see of the 197s, the more depressing* and incomprehensible I find the 'Cloud Cover Grey' TfW livery, though the white on the 175s/BREL stuff is equally uninspiring and likely to look terrible once a little dirty. Shame they didn't go with Silver, which the concept images gave a bit of an impression of. It could have looked very smart, like a Red/Welsh variant of the Swiss BLS livery.

*Well, seeing a picture of one at Blaenau Ffestiniog on a typically overcast day was a very sad sight!

Well the put the largest amount of colour in the wrong and least likely place on the 197s to be cleaned - the roof.

yes the class 150s when dirty in tfw livery look particularly bad one on Pembroke dock branch last week was covered in mud, it was more brown than white, also is it a common issue on the 150s that the red paint on the doors is coming off as this one had it ?

Probably as the doors slide inside rather than open outside the train like the 175s & 158s etc they will rub over time.
