To Chesterfield 13 miles. (Midland Mainline)
To Buxton 12 miles (Northern Buxton - Manchester)
To Matlock 9 miles (EMR Nottingham - Matlock)
To Grindleford 7 miles (Hope Valley Line)

Or 4 miles to Rowsley, Northwood Peak Rail Station!

But next nearest to Grindleford is Hathersage, which is on the same line.

Ringwood / Fordingbridge in New Forest. Nearest stations are Christchurch and Salisbury.
For Ringwood lots of stations between Brockenhurst and Poole are all nearer than Salisbury.
For Fordingbridge Dean is nearer than Christchurch.

Somewhere
Frimley Green and Deepcut have two nearby stations that are on different lines, Farnborough North on the North Downs line and Frimley on the Ascot-Aldershot line. If Mytchett can be equated, that is either North Camp or Ash Vale.
