Unadvertised Local Train - Northern strikes tomorrow

Just been looking to help out a friend tomorrow and came across this:

Is this likely to be an actual passenger service? Why is it all listed as "Does not set down" & "Does not pick up"?

My friend wants to get to Leeds as early as possible from Cross Flatts. I'll be getting the 1717 from Shipley.

Best guess is that Northern plan to run it but aren't 100% sure it will run.

It'll only run if more crew become available than are currently expected to be. Don't bank on it running.

That explains why some of the ones on RTT are showing as Blue on the detailed screen - they are not advertised as passenger services

Looks like the 0706 did run but may have only got to Shipley?

The Network Rail data feed went down this morning for a short time. The train did run to Leeds arriving 0749.
