I once heard someone say 'philandery' in answer to that question but, given the individual concerned, I suspect he actually meant 'philately'.

Photography, landscape and also star gazing etc with photography mixed in.
Travelling which allows me to use railways!
Real ale and whiskey.

I'm into bus preservation in a small way, part-owning two double deckers: a Leyland Olympian and Volvo Olympian. The latter is gradually being restored to original condition which is quite a project. Both buses bring back a lot of good memories, one from my uni days and the other of trips out as a kid with my late gran.

Otherwise, I follow the footy, rugby union, cricket and snooker fairly avidly. I do as much cycling as possible and luckily we're spoilt around here for disused railway paths such as the Liverpool Loop Line, the old CLC route to Southport and the Wirral Way.
