Which units run in Yorkshire?

Yep, the question is exactly as I'm asking. I went to Leeds in 2004 and travelled to Bradford on a red Metro 158 and returned on a Regional Railways or ScotRail 156 (Can't remember). I'm planning another trip around Leeds and Sheffield, to get away from Electro land and chasing locos for a day. What classes will I find and will there be a fair variety of liveries? P.s is that LTS 317 still about?

185 through Leeds only at the minute, but the should (?!?) start running through Sheffield any day now.

I'm pretty sure not all the 185s are going onto South Transpennine - there are around 4-5 running now, so I guess TPE won't transfer them all straight away.

No. I thought the red 321s were 320s (one of which I photted at Stratford, east London - http://www.picture-rail.co.uk/gallery/321/321901.htm )

No. They're 321s. Geared for 100mph running wth 4 coaches, unlike 320s which are geared for 75mph running and only have 3 coaches.

185s are on test between Doncaster and Cleethorpes.

yeh it will be nice to see the 150's, i do like them mainly for how little of them there is compared to the rest oh and the doors lol.
