Probably depends on how many of the 769/9s at Reading work, and how many crewe sign them.
923 only left Loughborough for Wolverton on Thursday, I also have 940 & 947 still at Loughborough. Does anyone know why 444 is at Derby RTC and whether it’s been converted to a 769 yet?

No problem, the source of my gen was someone quoting 'branch line news' however I haven't read it myselfMay I suggest you may want to find a new source for your 769 gen!
All that said was that it was 'imminent', in inverted commas - that could even convey sarcasm for all we know, which in the context that they were intended to first enter service in February 2019 might not be misplaced.

There's running in twice/day on Mon/Weds/Fri next week as a Class 3 previous was a 5Qxx running so is this start of driver training

Isn't that what has been running since the start of September (complete with 3Oxx / 3Vxx headcodes) when the trips switched to GW running?
It was 3O10 on 6 September https://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/service/gb-nr:V22345/2021-09-06/detailed and coincided with 'JN114' indicating in message 1138 that crew training had started.
Is there ever going to be progress beyond them going out just three days a week? I dread to think how long crew training will take on the basis of six trips a week from Reading to Gatwick.

Argh i see they were in for last week but hadn't seen headcodes quoted on the thread previously but guess that what @JN114 was referring to a few weeks back so thanks for clarity. At least things are moving forward and we may see one on a passenger working before year end.
Yes, it does seem that the switch to 3O / 3V headcodes and GW running on 6 September wasn't recorded here. I checked elsewhere to confirm. I'll have to see if I can remember to go out and see one to see whether there is more than one traincrew member aboard.

Yes it was saw it on Saturday 09th October 2021.
Whilst on way to get the grand Central mk4 move through reading.
Ie the Doncaster west yard to eastleigh Arlington transfer move.
It was on oxford sidings. Up London side.

959 should have read Reading Traincare but I didn't change it.
However, I have now amended this and 946 to Oxford - even though this is slightly more detailed than probably necessary for the purpose of the list
