Hopefully the booked class 156s will be used, though in practice the Clitheroe to Rochdale line sees any combination of 150 / 156 running most of the week. Just because a 156 is booked doesn't mean that's what will run the service. On a positive note looking forward to using this new service...

Aside from the unrefurbished seating and lack of WiFi, I’ve found that these Non Northern interior 156’s have a better seating layout with more legroom, more tables and have diffusers over the lighting. All of these things an improvement over Northern’s abysmal legroom and bright white exposed...

This does beg the question why 4 car Trains can't now run without the rear 2 locked out on the line if it was done in the past. Clitheroe has actually had a reduction in capacity since the 153's went and 150/3's moved to Yorkshire.
