New footbridge at Garforth is taking shape, Piling has taken place in a short section between Micklefield and Church fenton for OHLE masts, and a bridge is due to be replaced, also between church Fenton and Micklefield, should have been done a while ago but strong winds prevented it.

Exactly this! Accrington curve and the rose hill curve were awful at times, particularly after a light drizzle. There was also a mod done to add a temperature sensor to the final drove assembly which also caused the gearbox light to flash intermittently- but that was a 5s flash if I remember...

Pendos could of course be used on the Scottish routes, freeing up the 397s for elsewhere..

What got me was that some were so much worse than others.. driving from the DT had some awful rattling and bumps - but they did get better over time

Yeah they've managed to cause so much confusion for passengers its unreal.

13/14 at piccadilly is an absolute nightmare at the minute. Constant shouting over the tannoy by network rail staff, can hear yourself think sometimes.

I've done pompeii, amalfi and herculaneum before, but are all on the list again - particularly amalfi and vesuvius.. Absolutely stunning places,
