Today I was on an Arriva no 20 from St Helens to Earlestown, it's always a been a single decker but today was a double which surprised a few people who only realised as it went past and they missed it.

When people say they are waiting on a bus I always picture them sitting on top of it.
I've been carried past my stop a couple of times.
I usually put it down to the fact I stay seated until it stops so maybe the driver thinks it was a mistake.
Only once have I had to ask them to stop as they seemed to be going past a second stop but they always apologise and ask am I ok to get...
Does it make any difference that I would normally have gone on the direct train from NLW but that wasn't running hence me starting at ERL which is slightly closer?
