This is a really good Question!!
And what routes would be ideal???
What comes to mind first is the Harrogate Line. Need to Clear those sluggish 15x and 170s.
Ahhhh Thank you Both.
One more thing just to clarify, So would it ever be possible, let's just say a 803 is stranded because of OLE disruption, for a Hull Trains 802 to drag or push it along the ECML on diesel???
Can't find the answer to this question but I know it's been raised somewhere on this forum.
But In a situation of OLE disruption, can a 803 couple with a 802 and provide traction power just like the 800s & 801s. (I've seen written on the forum somewhere that sometimes the 801s don't use their...
In Birmingham, there's a CAZ zone and don't West Midland Bus still operate B7TLs within that Zone??.
I maybe mistaken as the CAZ is much smaller than Bradford.
I've got a small query.

First Bus"LeedsCity" and York P&R next stop announcements now become more prominent since this year
But in all honesty, it is very shabby.
Still Many common issues of which either the screen doesn't work {either being completely blank or frozen on a stop}, the announcement being too loud or...
Can anybody confirm the status of the remaining 90ish Streetdecks that were meant to come to Leeds? Have they been cancelled, delayed or are First Leeds ordering from ADL now?
Also I am pretty sure that the Leedscity Electric 5 route goes up Osmondthorpe lane, Hanover way, and Clarendon Road. These roads are relatively hilly.
Not to get too Speculative away from topic, but I wonder how it would work with Leeds platform 17 being too short??
Anyone know the exact length??
I've got 105m
That's barely enough for a 3 car 150 & 2 car (158, 170 or 195).
The Idea of bringing in class 379 & class 350/2 never dies. I know it's speculative but it's not going to happen. PLENTY of reasons which have already been mentioned.
• Leasing Costs
• Costs for Training
• Additional cost for maintaining a new fleet
• Them being 20m rather than 23m per carriage...
