I doubt it anytime soon. But seen as the tender is going to last almost 15 years, I wouldn't be surprised if they do get cascaded at some point down the line. But I doubt that'll happen until around 2039/2040 (at which point, the Civities will be about 20 years old)

I Agree. Besides if You nationalised ROSCO's, Mail, Water and Energy in one go, it would Bankrupt the country into (yet another) recession. The cost of all of that makes the whole lot unfeasable
