Hi - thanks for the reply.. By backdoor i meant more along the lines of "hey my friend would be great" and "hey friend, theres a vacancy coming up..." - that sort of thing :-) As i said, my other half has been looking for vacancies for a long time - i actually think it started almost 2yrs ago...
