The SVR charge for parking at Kidderminster because the NR car park next door charges. If the SVR car park was free, all the Birmingham bound commuters would park there leaving no room for SVR passengers.
Similarly at Bridgnorth with shoppers and visitors to the town
Slightly OT, but Bridgnorth to Birmingham by public transport is much easier than using the SVR. Bridgnorth to Wolverhampton by bus and Wolverhampton to Birmingham by tram.
They're supposed to be part of government - not some sort of claims lawyer for those who want to claim £20 because they bought the wrong ticket and thus want to portray them self as some sort of victim
That pretty much sums up both HoF and Debenhams in Worcester. I expect that both of them will close after Christmas.
I wonder too, about M & S in Worcester - it's a very large store - doubled in size when Woolworth's next door closed down and M & S took the store over and knocked them into one...
Virtually none of their passengers arrive by mainline trains, so it was hardly a prime spot. Much more important to be accessible by road with good car parking facilities for families - I won't repeat your insulting comment about coach tour visitors.

WHS in Droitwich is always pretty much deserted. There are only ever a couple of staff on but with two lots of doors at opposite ends of the shop, I'm sure there must be a serious level of shoplifting. They have at least repaired the roof, so it's no longer festooned with buckets every time it...
