Here's a PDF from 2019 showing the X35 Falkirk-Glasgow via Kilsyth and Croy. It's linked with the X37.
I was looking at some old timetables from first from a decade or two ago and noticed there used to be a bus that ran the current 35 route but also continued on to Croy and Glasgow, so is it the reintroduction of an old route or variation of?
I've just ~20:00 spotted an electric bus on the 3 to Grangemouth departing the first stop on the route from Falkirk.

Information on the Edinburgh tour rebrand.
If we are to get people out of cars, we need public transport to be provided early when new housing is built rather than leaving it to some point in the future.
I'm surprised the 66 isn't going via the high school and new link road to provide a service for the new housing that's gone in. The are bus stop bays for a bus service bus nothing using them.
When I used it from Dunblane to Tyndrum there were a lot of people getting off in Dunblane, and with it being cheaper than the train, especially for those with concession cards I can see why it's popular.
Looking at the live map on the Ember due there are several other stops too with only the main ones mentioned in the news item. Several small places and the suburbs of Fort William too.
I thought about using the Trossachs explorer however for Camelon it would be a change in either Stirling or Glasgow to get to it, so quite a trek. Sundays really not viable due to the infrequent buses, especially with kids.
Whilst at Gourock dining pool and Highland games I noticed what appears to be two McGills open top tour buses. One without branding the other with the Edinburgh tour branding.
I'd love to see a national tap tap cap style system that is cross operator. I reckon than all these operator specific fares and lack of cross operator ticketing is a significant barrier to bus use.
As an example for us to get from Camelon (outside Falkirk) to Fife the best route is a short hop...
The super off peak didn't exist during the trial. The aim is no tickets with time restrictions this keeping fares simple. The simplicity makes retailing and checking the tickets much faster too. Railcards have the time restriction as set by Westminster.
About 1135 today I spotted an electric McGills single decker travelling from Camelon towards the Larbert depot. Think it was running empty as didn't spot a route number.
Some of the drivers are new to the routes and not used to the road so a bit more cautious with there driving. The driver I had coming back was noticeable more confident with the route than the one heading north who said it was the first time he was doing the journey. Both journeys on time or...
